You might not feel the need for a cover-up while traipsing around the house but having thought I was immune to pulling out my boob anywhere, I have found there are times (particularly when you are cramped in a restaurant or in the park walking the baba) that a cover-up is both necessary and extremely helpful. These guys are selling beautiful patterns and it also seems like a nice gift to buy one of your girlfriends.

Several weeks before my first child was born I had a breastfeeding class that was an absolute revelation. I was rather nervous about the prospect of putting a baby to the breast. When it comes to pumping and milk storage, the Medela crew have it down to a science. I have used their Pump In Style breast pump for both of my kids and it hasn’t let me down. I replaced the tubes, shields and bottles between babies and they were great at sending me the new parts. As I mentioned in my When To Start Pumping post, the key thing to breast pumps is TIME.
