The National Association of Mothers’ Centers seems like a really helpful and supportive organization for mothers.  They have centers across America and they address the needs of mothers through a network of programs that:

• Offer information and support
• Break the isolation of motherhood
• Advance maternal health and wellbeing
• Recognize the value of mothers to society, valuing their paid and unpaid work (sigh…..)
• Become caring communities for mothers and families
